We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
A 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
For "no call/no show" appointments: a credit card will then be required to be on file. If any subsequent appointments are another no call/no show, the full amount of the session will be charged to the card on file. If any subsequent appointments are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, 50% of the session will be charged to the card on file.
For appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice: Client will be allowed 3 short-notice cancellations per 12 months. After the 3rd cancellation, client will be required to have a credit card on file. If any subsequent appointments are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, 50% of the session will be charged to the card on file.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session.
