Thank you for your Groupon purchase!
I am eager to meet all of you and assist you with your skin care and/or massage needs!
How to schedule:
It's easy to make an appointment with a Groupon! Click on the blue "click here to schedule" button on the left margin of the home page (if you are using a mobile device, the booking button will be on either the top or bottom of the home page). Please choose the "Groupon Classic Facial" option if you purchased a facial. Choose the "Groupon Massage" option if you purchased a massage. Then, my schedule will pop up and you can choose which day and time works for you! Be sure to follow the prompts all the way through to the end to get your confirmation. **If you do not receive an email and/or text confirmation, PLEASE text me to confirm that your appointment is in our system!** If you supply your cell phone number and email address, you will receive a reminder the day before your scheduled appointment (we do not do reminder phone calls, so please make a note of your appointment.) Then simply bring either a printout of the Groupon, or show it on your smartphone. Then it will be scanned and recorded, and you will be on your way!
IMPORTANT: You will be receiving a health history form via email to fill out prior to your appointment. Please follow the instructions on the form and submit it before your session. This is a requirement for insurance purposes and if I do not receive the electronic version prior to your arrival, you will need to take time to fill out paperwork before we begin.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your appointment at any time for any reason; however, after the second "less than 48 hour" cancellation, you will automatically forfeit your Groupon and it will become void. Also, if you have a "no call/no show" missed appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Groupon and it will become void. Please know that time slots are saved for each individual person and if that person does not show for their appointment, I lose revenue. If you have questions on this, please feel free to ask. Important Note:
You MUST have your Groupon barcode to scan or Voucher code to redeem your certificate. Groupon has now eliminated the ability of business owners to redeem via name alone. If you are not able to produce a barcode or voucher code after the session, you will be required to pay the amount of the session IN FULL and use the Groupon at a later date when you are able to produce it.
