How to schedule:
It's easy to make an appointment with a Groupon! Click the "book now" button on the left margin of the home page. You will have an option to choose the service that you purchased through Groupon. Then, my schedule will pop up and you can choose which day and time works for you! Be sure to follow the prompts all the way through to the end to get your confirmation! Enter your email address to receive an email reminder the day before your scheduled appointment (we do not do reminder phone calls, so please make a note of your appointment.) **If you do not receive an email confirmation and a reminder, PLEASE call me to confirm that your appointment is in our system!** Then simply bring either a printout of the Groupon, or show it on your smartphone. Then it will be scanned and recorded, and you will be on your way!
Things to know prior to your arrival:
Also: please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out pertinent paperwork and discuss your individual skin care needs and expectations (see below for further information).
IMPORTANT: You will be receiving a health history form via email to fill out prior to your appointment. Please follow the instructions on the form to have it in our system before you arrive. We will ALSO be needing information regarding your skin before we begin your facial treatment; HOWEVER, we are unable to send it via email at this time, so you may choose to either:
1. Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the form OR
2. Click the CLIENT FORMS link in the left margin, select NEW CLIENT FACIAL TREATMENT FORM, print this form out (3 pages), fill it in, and bring it to your first appointment.
Please be sure to read my cancellation policy; as it will also pertain to Grouponers. However, after the third "less than 24 hour" cancellation, you will automatically forfeit your Groupon and it will become void. Also, if you have a "no call/no show" missed appointment, you will need to have a credit card on file in order to reschedule. If you miss that appointment as well, your card will be charged the full amount of the service; plus your Groupon will be forfeited and become void. Please know that time slots are saved for each individual person and if that person does not show for their appointment, I lose revenue. If you have questions on this, please feel free to ask.
